Bug fix for third party (YouTube etc) plugins

Users have reported problems with thumbnails of third party videos. The thumbnails did not successfully link to the video player - and the users were redirected to a "page not found" error screen. This bug has been fixed and the plugins have been updated. Downlaod and reinstall the plugins to solve this problem!

Portuguese Language Plugin Available

New Portuguese Language Plugin available to download from the download section. Thank you to Alex Martinho for the contribution. The plugin is freely available to all registered members.

New hwdVideoShare templates

We are now publishing the hwdVideoShare templates. There are currently 10 available with at least 20 more on the way over the next two weeks. Future releases will support the template plugin better (less hard coded style), and the current templates will be updated at this time.

Free Documentation on Fixing Upload Problems

We have writen and upgraded our documentation on debugging the upload process for hwdVideoShare. We have articles specifically addressing the following issues:

Additionally, we have check-lists for helping you test the perl scripts used by the uploader to process video files. Included in this are sample perl scripts that will help you test the perl setup on your own server.

Most of this documentation has been made freely available to all registered users to help you get around the problems with the upload process.
