When you purchase the Professional or the Developer plan, you are entitled to forum and helpdesk support for 12 months. Depending on your query, we will try to:

• Point you to relevant documentation that will instruct you how to use hwdMediaShare features
• Offer solutions to technical problems
• Log bug reports, debug your server and fix our source code
• Log feature requests for possible future development

We will give support for:

• Installation problems
• Configuration problems
• How to use questions

We will not give support for:

• Template design and template modifications
• Conflict with third party extensions
• Anything that requires modifications to the core source code, such as adding new customized features
• Problems that do not relate to hwdMediaShare
  

We will not:

• Install Joomla
  
• Install hwdMediaShare
• Install Ffmpeg, Mencoder, Flvtool2 (or any other server software)
• Design custom templates

However, we do offer a paid installation service, and template design service.
