Highwood Design is a small project and the majority of the software development is undertaken by the chief developer, Dave Horsfall. There are many possible reasons why the development process for software can be stalled or overrun. From recent experience, giving exact release dates is impractical. If the development overruns, this can be very frustrating for the users and the developers. It also puts an immense personal pressure on the developers to publish as soon as possible. This results in long hours and generally sub-standard code.

For this reason, we can not give exact release dates for new versions.
