Highwood Design does not guarantee that the information presented in our documentation is absolutly correct and accurate. This is particularly true for the instructions on installing the third party video conversion software (FFMPEG & MENCODER) onto servers. The instructions are generic and therefore, some of you will probably experience problems relating to specific distributions. We will try to assist you with problems however, there might not be any solutions. If you have limited experience of server management you might find it very difficult to install the required third party software yourself. Under no circumstances is a subscription fee refundable, our core components are released free of charge so users can install and test the extensions for suitability before subscribing. You are responsible for undertaking all reasonable steps to ensure our extensions will meet your specific requirements prior to subscription either by, but limited to, reading discussions on the Highwood Design forums or contacting us directly via the "Helpdesk" mechanism of the Highwood Design site. Joining the 'Downloads Only' subscription plans mean you receive no support from Highwood Design. You should not expect forum support directly from the Highwood Design developers. Paying for this subscription plan does not entitle you to support! The subscription fee is for access to the professional version of the software only.Dedicated remote server support is not included in the subscription fee. If you require dedicated remote server support from Highwood Design, it is likely you will be asked to contribute something from the developer's Amazon Wish List for the time given. Please also read our policy on this before subscribing.

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our extensions to fit your purposes. You may not however change or remove the copyright information from any file.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Highwood Design.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Highwood Design, its parent company or any company representative be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Highwood Design extensions will specify which version of Joomla they are compatible with and are tested with only core Joomla functionality and core Joomla modules, components and other said features. As such we cannot guarantee that the products will run with past or future versions of these CMS's nor can we guarantee that any of our products will work with any 3rd party extension developed for the Joomla CMS.
Since we are offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the payment is made for our subscription service. By registering for a free or subscription account on Highwood Design's site you agree to be automatically subscribed to our mailing list. Highwood Design publishes a newsletter informing registered users of, but not limited to, version releases of our software with bug fixes, new updated components and new components.
Highwood Design will not sell nor rent your mailing details or make publicly available any said information.
Highwood Design reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
