Much of our existing documentation has been updated, and many new articles have been published. The new articles address the problems being experienced with the upload process and conversion process. There has been a lot of work put into explaining how the upload process uses perl scripts. There are examples and checklists which can be used to ensure the perls scripts are set up correctly. Please do use our documentation to help solve problems and then rate it after you have used it. If you feel our documentation is sub-standard please do contact us. We welcome feedback like this - help us improve this service by explaining what you expected from the articles and how they let you down.

We have updated the modules to fix a display issue in IE6. This issue resulted in CSS overflows definitions for <div>  elements being ignored and extending the <div> elements into surrounding elements. Ultimately, this meant Joomla templates looked broken.

This patch will be applied and added to the daily update this evening.

The hwdVideoShare mambot has been updated and re-released. This mambot allows you to easily insert videos from hwdVideoShare into your articles. The necessity for updating came after the integration of a plugin managment system that allowed videos from third party video websites in hwdVideoShare. Therefore, the mambot now takes the video id and determines whether that video is from a third party website or not. If it is not then the video is displayed as normal. If it is a third party video then the embed code for that third party website is generated and inserted into your content article.

To use the mambot (install and publish the mambot and then) use the following code in your content:
{ hwdvideoshare } video_id { /hwdvideoshare }

Where the video_id is stated at the end of the url when viewing the video in hwdVideoShare. You can download the updated mambot in the download section now!
