  • Only one refund is allowed. Repeated refund requests on the same or other products, from the same account will be denied.
  • We do not allow refunds on the Developer plan. This plan gives instant access to all our products and the refund policy can be abused. If you are considering the Developer plan and have not used any HWDMediaShare products previously please join another plan and upgrade later.

Refunds for renewals

For your peace of mind we provide a 30 day money back guarantee on unwanted or unexpected renewals.

Conditions:

  • The refund must be requested within 30 days of renewal.
  • You may not download software from your account after the renewal. If you have downloaded any software after the renewal, the refund will be denied.
  • You may not use technical support services after the renewal. If you have used the dedicated support after the renewal, the refund will be denied.

Refunds for installations and custom development

We do not allow refunds on custom development or installation services.

 

How to claim a refund

  • Include the following information in the email:
    • The name of the product/subscription you want to cancel.
    • The date of payment.
    • The reason you are requesting the refund.
