If I'm not satisfied with hwdMediaShare, can I get a refund?

Yes, if you're not satisfied with hwdMediaShare, we'll be happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal. All you need to do is click on "PayPal Express Checkout" on the checkout page. Once the PayPal payment method is selected, you will then be directed to the Paypal website to complete your transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa debit and credit cards, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Will I be charged VAT?

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to sales within the EU, see this article for full details. Sales outside the EU will not be charged any tax.

If I buy hwdMediaShare, will I be able to download new updates?

Upgrades will be free for 1 year, this includes all major and minor releases. After this time, if you wish you to continue downloading updates, you will need to renew your subscription.

Will I get a discount for renewing?

Yes, 30%.

Is your source code encoded?

No. Our software is not encoded. You will have access to every line of the code.

Does hwdMediaShare "call home" for license checking?

No. hwdMediaShare does not make any 'home' call to our server.

Will my license ever expire?

No. The usage license will never expire.
