Installing The HWDMediaShare Sample Data

Your fresh installation of HWDMediaShare comes loaded with optional sample data which will provide you with examples of Media, Categories, Albums, Groups, User Channels and Playlists to help you become accustomed to setting up the component. We strongly recommend that new and intermediate users of HWDMediaShare install this sample data to assist in establishing your own content.

Installing the Sample Data:

To install the HWDMediaShare sample data, simply click the "Install Sample Data" icon located to the upper-right of your HWDMediaShare Dashboard area.
If the installation of the sample data was successful, you will be presented with the message, "Successfully installed sample data" in a blue bar
All done! You have successfully installed the HWDMediaShare sample data.

Great video extension

Installed easily on Joomla 1.7 and was easy to implement. Other video extensions I tried didn't have the features found in hwdvideoshare. There is great documentation for helping with setup and hosting.
