Welcome to the hwdPhotoShare development roadmap (Last updated 30/09/2008).
A brief history
This component was started after the success of hwdVideoShare and lack of open source native Photo Gallery components for Joomla. Giving Joomla users more choice of components will generate competition and development. hwdPhotoShare has been designed to compliment hwdVideoShare and help webmasters create media sharing websites.
Where are we going with this?
hwdPhotoShare has only just been released. We are still testing it and fixing initial bugs. We have hundreds of ideas we want to integrate into the component and will maintain development on the extension so long as it is supported by the Joomla community.
Design principles
- Simple & clean frontend design. Allowing non-technical website users to enjoy your website.
