Hallo,
first of all, you're doing a great job.
Then to my question: is there any easy way (I'm not a genius) to move the informations that appear under the thumbnails in modules (random, related, etc.)to the right of the thumbnails, to achieve a look closer to youtube layout?

At the moment, this would involve editing the module php code. Not particularly easy. However, the new version will be integrated with the a template system that will allow you to edit the layout more easily. Once this is published we will be writing detailed documentation that explains how to use the template system. So keep an eye on the changelog and news pages for more information about this....
